We ordered and picked up six different dishes today and they were all extremely tasty. We like to repeat that. In addition, I received a very friendly welcome: 5 stars!

Even if it is only possible to order and pick up by phone at the moment, the service is great and the food is delicious. Stay healthy and save us!

We had a menu delivered to us. Chestnut soup - tasteless, but edible Tasteless dumplings Red cabbage - extremely sweet for a vegetable side dish. something overcooked Goose - not seasoned enough, very dry - the breast had the character of dried meat at the thin ends. and was tough. the thighs were slightly softer. Sauce too salty. Dessert - good, not too sweet, not too heavy. best of all. For the price of 43.50 euros that was not acceptable - but you can only return the food in the restaurant.

The goose menu was not recommended. Very dry and sauce too salty. Chestnut soup was ok and dessert was delicious. The delivery was on time. Therefore still 2 stars.

In any case, you can eat very well here. It is very nooks and crannies which also makes it cozy. There are smoking areas and small rooms where you can celebrate among yourself. But you have to make a reservation 1-2 weeks in advance. Leave a like if the recession has helped you or liked it. Thank you

Vegans also get their money's worth here! I am also an occasional meat eater, but sometimes it just has to be vegan. There is a corresponding selection of 2-3 original and tastefully coordinated dishes - far from the usual, we-the-vegans-eat-with-fries-or-spaghetti-with-tomato-sauce. Ambience and service are great! vegan / vegetarian

We really liked it at Hock's. The rooms are lovingly designed, the service friendly and the food delicious. We would definitely visit the restaurant again. For us, the price-performance ratio was completely okay.

Service very friendly and accommodating. A friend cannot take wheat and everything would be tailored to it without further mention. The salad came without croutons, instead of bread there was raw vegetables. Super. When you have found the way to the entrance and then the way inside the inn. It is really exhausting. The ox cheeks were great, the Fiachbueger caused stomach cramps.

Delicious dishes with ingredients from the region. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. The waitresses were nice and attentive, made us feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were forgotten to ask for our contact details, which would be important with the increasing number of cases with Covid 19, even if the tables were sufficiently spaced apart. I hope that this was just a mistake that evening, which we only noticed on the way home.

First of all, I can unreservedly recommend a visit here and it was not the last time we were here. Thanks to the service, everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, e.g. Also pointed out that in addition to the extensive menu, there are other dishes on this day. All of this works even if all tables are occupied. Thanks also to the kitchen, the fillet steak was cooked to the point and all the dishes were very tasty. Serving the starter on a cake stand also speaks for a wealth of ideas. There is German cuisine with a Hessian twist and everything is well presented. The prices are commensurate with the quality, good service and good food costs money. Making a reservation is definitely not a bad idea, as the restaurant is well attended even on weekdays. The fact that only cash payments are accepted here was fine for us, as this is pointed out to you.

The food is really delicious. However, when the house is full it takes a long time to get the food. We waited almost an hour for dessert and this is really annoying !!!

What can I say, a millimeter of perfection ... the best filet I have ever eaten. A big compliment to the kitchen, which apparently knows what it conjures and how it enchants. The service relaxed, charming, well-groomed, polite and courteous. Even the inviting entrance points out how the rest looks. Such a wonderfully loving and romantic restaurant. Delicious dishes with local ingredients! We especially liked the varied food selection - there was really nothing that we would not want to try. Staff was very friendly. Two small drawbacks: The restaurant is centrally located in a residential area and therefore has no private parking. In addition, only cash payment is possible. We will definitely be back!

We celebrated our wedding here and had a great day, also thanks to the very professional service, the delicious wedding menu and the unique atmosphere in the solemnly decorated former cinema hall. Our guests were also thrilled! We recommend!
